Growth habit:
Japanese Podocarpus, warm, humid and semi shade environment, have very strong adaptability, can grow freely in the sun. Disease resistant and insect pest ability is stronger, cold resistance is weaker, and it is born in loose, fertile and well drained sandy soil.


Japanese Podocarpus
Bark dark gray, scalelike cracking, dense foliage, leaves spirally arranged, linear lanceolate, length 7 ~ 10 cm, width 5 ~ 8 mm, apex acuminate or obtuse, base cuneate, with a short handle, midvein significantly on both sides.
